Plush Agri Solutions is a veterinary and agricultural advisory practice based in Kaduna State, Northern Nigeria. We deliver practical, field-tested guidance to farmers who have spent too long making decisions without the support they deserve.
Our Story
Founded on field observation, not theory.
Plush Agri Solutions was founded by Dr. Rukayyah Abdulsalam from a clear-eyed recognition that the gap between agricultural expertise and the people who needed it most was not a knowledge gap; it was a proximity gap.
Farmers across Northern Nigeria had the land, the livestock, and the determination. What they lacked was credentialed guidance that met them where they actually worked, on the farm, in the field, face to face.
Dr. Abdulsalam began conducting farm visits across Kaduna State, documenting real challenges in livestock health and crop productivity, and building the kind of trust that only comes from showing up consistently. From those visits, Plush Agri Solutions took shape: a field-first practice built on follow-through, credentials, and presence.

Dr. Rukayyah Abdulsalam is the founder and principal consultant of Plush Agri Solutions. A qualified Veterinary Doctor and Agricultural Consultant based in Kaduna State, she has built her practice around a single conviction: that credentialed expertise is only valuable when it reaches the people who need it most, in the places where they work.
Her approach is grounded in field observation, follow-through, and the kind of sustained relationships that allow farmers to build real capacity over time. She works directly with smallholder and commercial farmers, cooperatives, rural communities, and development partners across Northern Nigeria.
Under her leadership, PAS has developed partnerships with ASVIOL Support Initiative and Alraj Agro Enterprise, and continues to expand its geographic reach across the region.
